Values and principles of organizational culture
This section presents the main values and principles of Wagner's organizational culture.
- Organizational culture is a set of ethical, aesthetic and moral values of the organization, principles, rules and norms of behavior of its employees.
Values are ideas about the proper, the best, the most important, for the sake of which it is worth working, sacrificing time, effort and something else. Representations of perfection in different spheres of life. (A.I. Prigozhin).
- Principles are beliefs on the basis of which employees of an organization should make decisions and act.
On the basis of values the principles, rules of decision making and activities of our employees are formed.
We emphasize values, principles of work in relation to customers, suppliers and other counterparties, as well as in relation to our full-time and freelance employees.
Values and principles in relation to customers, suppliers and other organizations:
- Treating customers' needs as our own. The customer and his or her needs are at the heart of our organization and its employees; each employee and the entire team must strive for timely, complete customer satisfaction and responsible fulfillment of commitments made to customers, employees, suppliers, contractors, other organizations and individuals. Customer satisfaction should be systematically monitored, taken into account and serve as a basis for the development of the organization, improvement of goods, services and maintenance.
- Responsibility. Responsibility refers to the measure of an organization's or a person's fulfillment of commitments made. We always strive to fully fulfill our commitments to our customers, suppliers and other partners. Fulfilling our commitments is one of the top priorities of our organization. And even if something due to various circumstances is disrupted (terms of production, terms of delivery), we strive to timely warn our customers, partners and do everything in our power to correct the situation.
- Honesty and integrity. During consultations, in the description of goods and services on the site, we strive to give only reliable and truthful information. We do our best to timely and objectively convey to customers all the information concerning consumer properties of goods and services, terms and conditions of delivery, warranty obligations, payment terms. Honesty and integrity of relations with customers and partners is one of the main principles of our organization.
- Politeness and benevolence. Politeness and benevolence towards our customers, partners, suppliers, employees is an important principle of our organization. Friendly, benevolent attitude and communication with customers, suppliers, contractors and other partners is one of the indicators of service quality standard of our company. The management of the organization systematically monitors the politeness and friendliness of employees when communicating with our customers, suppliers, contractors and other partners. We expect the same attitude from all our partners. Violation of this principle in the form of rudeness, insults, humiliation may lead to a complete termination of interaction with employees, suppliers, contractors, customers.
- Competence of consultations and quality of service. We strive to systematically improve the qualifications and competencies of our employees to improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- High quality standards of goods and services. Our organization has developed and applies quality standards of goods and services, the purpose of which is to increase customer satisfaction. Customers are periodically surveyed to find out the reasons for their dissatisfaction and to eliminate problems in the quality of goods, services and maintenance.
- Promptly resolving problem situations related to delivered equipment or work performed. Fulfillment of warranty and post-warranty obligations to customers is the most important component of service. Our specialists should try to do their best for timely, operative elimination of problems that may arise with the supplied equipment or performed works. Our organization has contractual relations with service centers of manufacturers of components for equipment. All problems of the client with the equipment purchased from us or works performed must be solved promptly and in accordance with the current legislation.
Values and principles towards our employees (full-time and part-time):
- Trust. Trust means that "A person whom you trust will do what he/she should do when you expect him/her to do it and will not do what he/she should not do when you do not expect him/her to do it" (V. Sidorenko).
- Balance of interests and responsibility as a measure of fulfillment of undertaken obligations. Balance of interests and responsibility means that in order to satisfy his/her material and non-material interests (increase of income, qualification, development of competences, self-realization, moral satisfaction, etc.) an employee should show responsibility for fulfillment of undertaken obligations agreed with the manager.
- Involvement of employees in the activities of the organization is a special type of motivation, in which the employee takes the initiative to work and improve the activities of the organization, makes the necessary efforts to achieve the set tasks. Employees working in our organization should be involved in its activities, work in our organization should cause motivation in which they themselves take the initiative to work and improve the results of its activities.
- Caring attitude towards employees as the most expensive and valuable resource. People of an organization are its most valuable resource. For the sake of meeting the needs of people (customers, employees, society as a whole) the organization is created, lives and develops. Without people the organization will not be able to produce its products and services and develop. Therefore, each hard-working, decent employee is a valuable resource for our organization, which we are ready to take care of and help in difficult situations by virtue of available and growing opportunities.
- Teamwork for a common result. Teamwork for a common result means that each employee of the organization, regardless of the level of his/her position, must act and make the necessary efforts to achieve a common agreed result. Achieving a common, agreed-upon result takes precedence over individual results.
- Innovation and striving for efficiency improvement. Focusing the activities of employees on achieving high social and economic results: growth of production output, sales volume, market share, profit, labor productivity, profitability, cost reduction and improvement of other indicators.
- High level of organization and management. A high level of organization and management is a well-established, standardized system of labor organization, basic, auxiliary, managerial, production and labor processes (sales, purchasing, delivery, production, marketing, financial management, personnel management, etc.). We strive to improve the production, labor and business processes of our organization.
- Benevolent, polite level of business and personal relations in the team, favorable social and psychological climate. Formation of benevolent polite level of relations, favorable socio-psychological climate in the team, mutual understanding and mutual assistance is the main value and principle of cooperation. Striving for constructive business relations, to prevent or extinguish emerging conflicts on any grounds. It is forbidden to insult, ridicule, humiliate other employees, manager, customers, suppliers and other contractors of the organization.
- Fair evaluation and remuneration of employees for labor results. Fair evaluation of labor for contribution to the results of labor activity - labor products, is the most important principle of our organization. Remuneration is based on the principle that the more the organization earns, the more its employees earn.
- High morality of employees. The prevalence of highly moral personalities in the team, which are characterized by optimism, self-education and self-education, purposefulness, diligence, fairness, decency is the basis for the construction and development of our organization.
- High level of aesthetics of the company. Striving to improve the aesthetics of our organization, pleasant appearance of employees, products, works performed is a necessary value to ensure the competitiveness of our organization.
- Safety of working conditions. Providing safe, comfortable working conditions in offices, warehouses, production is the most important value of our organization. The organization should provide safe working conditions that protect employees and reduce the impact of hazardous and harmful production factors (sedentary lifestyle, psycho-emotional stress, computer radiation, etc.) to an acceptable level. To maintain and improve the state of health, the organization implements a set of measures (health days, medical examination, provision of personal protective equipment, etc.).
