Sorption unit Iceberg 1252 capacity up to 1.5 m3/hour (manual control) set
Purpose: Removal of chlorine, organic compounds from water, elimination of unpleasant odor and taste.
Filtering material: Coconut activated carbon (Activated carbon has a high degree of activation, so it has excellent sorption ability. Coconut activated carbon is used in water treatment systems as loading of filtration columns to remove chlorine, odors, improve the taste of water, removal of pesticides and herbicides. It can also be used for deozonization. It has a high sorption capacity to such classes of contaminants as: oil products, phenols, pesticides, surfactants. In addition to water purification systems activated carbon can be used in other industries: for beverage and food preparation, industrial wastewater treatment, oil and condensate removal, gold mining and pharmaceuticals. Activated carbon is made from coconut shells and has high strength and abrasion resistance, which ensures a longer service life than traditional charcoal grades).
Control: Washing of the filter media in manual mode.
Description: The unit consists of housing, Runxin manual control valve, NWC 12*40 coconut activated carbon filter media, gravel support layer, drainage and distribution system.
