Wagner reverse osmosis system 125 l/hour

Purpose: The WAGNER reverse osmosis system consists of fully automatic units ready for operation. All equipment is factory assembled and tested. Each system is equipped with a minimum set of safety automatics and control devices.

Description of reverse osmosis systems:

Reverse osmosis systems of series “WAGNER” are designed for additional water treatment and allow to obtain water of high degree of purification, which is necessary for carrying out technological processes of various productions: the main area of application: cafes, bars, kindergartens, schools, technological processes of water treatment of productions.
The degree of purification of organic and inorganic impurities is 85-98%. Water quality at the outlet corresponds to drinking water standards.

Requirements for the source water:

• Water temperature +5 - +45℃;
• Salinity level is not more than 2000 mg/l;
• Initial water pressure not less than 1.7 atm not more than 7 atm;
• Hardness not more than 7 mg-eq/l (in case of higher hardness, it is necessary to install a water softener or anti-scalant dosing system before the reverse osmosis system);
• Iron content not more than 0.3 mg/l (at higher values before the reverse osmosis system it is necessary to install a water deferrizer or anti-scalant dosing system);
• Manganese content not more than 0.1mg/l (at higher values it is necessary to install a water deferrizer or anti-scalant dosing system before the reverse osmosis system);
• Heterotrophic bacteria not more than 1000 pcs/ml.

!!! Additional functions are not included in the basic equipment of the reverse osmosis system. Payment is made additionally.

1. Presence of possibility of connection of pump-doser antiscalant, that allows to use the system in conditions of high hardness and mineralization of water (artesian boreholes, highly mineralized waters).
2. Availability of the possibility of connecting the aeration compressor, which allows you to use the system together with the aeration system for preliminary water treatment.
3. availability of multifunctional control cabinet, which allows to fully automate the system operation and does not require constant supervision and participation of personnel in the work.
4. The presence of a line of recycling concentrate, which allows you to effectively use 85% of the source water and only 15% to drain.
