Wagner Reverse Osmosis System 1500 l/hour

WAGNER reverse osmosis system in automatic mode consists of units fully ready for operation. All equipment is assembled and tested at the factory. Each system is equipped with a minimum set of safety automatics and control devices.

Purpose: Reverse osmosis systems of “WAGNER” series are designed for additional water purification and allow to obtain water of high purification degree, which is necessary for technological processes of various productions: the main area of application: cafes, bars, kindergartens, schools, technological processes of water treatment of productions.

The degree of purification of organic and inorganic impurities is 85-98%. Water quality at the outlet corresponds to drinking water standards.

Requirements to the initial water:

• Water temperature +5 -+45℃;
• Level of salt content not more than 2000 mg/l;
• Initial water pressure not less than 1.7 atm not more than 7 atm;
• Hardness not more than 7 mg-eq/l (in case of higher hardness, it is necessary to install a water softener or anti-scalant dosing system before the reverse osmosis system);
• Iron content not more than 0.3 mg/l (at higher values before the reverse osmosis system it is necessary to install a water deferrizer or anti-scalant dosing system);
• Manganese content not more than 0.1 mg/l (at higher values it is necessary to install a water deferrizer or anti-scalant dosing system before the reverse osmosis system);
• Heterotrophic bacteria not more than 1000 pcs/ml.
