Return and exchange of goods

• PROPER QUALITY

The buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before delivery, and after delivery of the goods - within 7 days.

Return of goods of proper quality is possible in the case if its trade dress, consumer properties, packaging, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods.

Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation 612 "Rules for the sale of goods by distance selling".

•  INADEQUATE QUALITY

The buyer, who has been sold goods of improper quality, if it was not agreed by the seller and not discovered at the time of delivery, has the right to demand at his choice:

1. A commensurate reduction of the purchase price;
2. gratuitous elimination of defects of the goods or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the buyer or a third party;
3. Replacement with a product of similar brand (model, article) or the same product of another brand with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
4. Termination of the contract and return of the amount paid for the goods.

In case of a dispute about the causes of defects of the goods, the seller is obliged to conduct an expert examination of the goods at its own expense. Delivery of large-sized goods and goods weighing more than 5 kilograms (of improper quality) for repair, replacement and return them to the consumer are carried out by and at the expense of the store. • Performs the function of a Service Center for equipment repair on the condition of guarantees of the manufacturers themselves.
